Welcome to the Strandt Monuments web site. I would like to take this time to
introduce myself and let you know about my monument business. My name is Ted
Strandt and I started in the monument trade in 1979, and have been on my own
since 1988. As you will see I have worn many hats in this business. From the
front office to the back of the shop, I'm involved with it all. One of the
reasons that makes my shop unique is not only do I do work for regular cemeteries,
is that quite a few pet cemeteries hire me to do their memorial work also.
All the monuments shown on the following pages are made from granite, quarried both in the U.S.A. and from around the world. Providing a wide range of colors and possibilities. Most cemeteries require the use of granite on the memorials to be placed on their grounds. The reason being because of its beauty and durability against mother nature and her elements. So you can be rest assured that when you purchase a memorial made of granite it will stand the test of time for yours and generations to come.
